We want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. This policy outlines our conditions for refunds on premium curriculum checkouts.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
Students are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that they have completed less than 20% of the lessons in the course.
2. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are credited back to the original payment source via Razorpay. It usually takes between 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
3. Exclusions
Refunds cannot be requested for courses where a verified certificate of completion has already been issued, or where fraudulent consumption behavior is detected.
